Where do you ship from and where are you located?

We are based out of and ship from Ontario, Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes us 1-7 business days to process and ship out your order, but don’t worry we’ll send you the tracking information so you’ll know exactly when your new goodies will arrive! To review our full shipping policy click here. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Canada and to the United States, we hope to ship internationally in the future.

What is your return policy?

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please email us here within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately – for our full return policy click here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start to process your order once it’s placed, if you need to cancel or amend your order, email us ASAP here. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or amendments. We will let you know if your request has been successful. We are a small, local business so we’ll try our best to do what we can to ensure you love your new products and you get exactly what you want!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal to accept most of our payments.

Where to buy orange shirt every child matters

We at Naokah Designs are an Indigenous owned small business, run by Sahtú Dene and Tłı̨chǫ Dene. Each shirt design is hand pressed, with help from Indigenous community members. A portion of the proceeds are donated back into the community. Masi (thank you) for supporting an Indigenous owned business.
